FSM vouchers update - 22/04/2020

Free School Meal Vouchers

We understand that there are some parents that have not been receiving their £15.00 free school meal vouchers.  Please be assured that everything possible has been done from a school point of view and we have been desperately trying to sort out the problems that parents are encountering.  However, once the orders are on the system we are reliant upon Edenred to deliver these vouchers to your email addresses.  Please accept our apologies for the problems that you are experiencing we are mindful that there are families needing these vouchers and we are working tirelessly to try to sort the problems out with Edenred.

With the above in mind and our concerns to get some help out to our families as from Monday 27th April 2020 we will revert to the original company that we used for FSM vouchers (Wonde).  This will be for one week only initially whilst we wait for Edenred to catch up with our orders and resolve any technical issues that they working to fix.
